Necessary Ingredients :-
Macaroni (Vermicelli) – 100 grams (one cup)
Ghee :- a table spoon
Milk :- 1 liter
Cashews :- 1 table spoon (cut one cashew into 8 pieces)
Raisins :- 1 tbsp
Green cardamom :- 4-5 (peel, grind)
Sugar :- 80-100 grams (half cup)
Almonds :- 4 (finely chopped in length)
How To Make : –
Put ghee in the pan and heat it. Put siwiya in ghee and roast it on a low flame till it turns brown. Turn off the gas, take out the sieve in a plate.
Put the milk in a thick bottom vessel and keep it warm, when the milk comes to a boil, then put the siwiyan in the milk and stir with a spoon until the milk starts boiling again. Now add chopped cashews and raisins as well, reduce the flame.
Sevaiya become soft and after spooning it starts falling with milk, turn off the gas. Add cardamom powder and sugar to the kheer and cover the kheer and keep it for 10 minutes.
Take out the rice pudding in a bowl, garnish it with grated almonds. Serve hot kiwi kheer and eat, cold kheer also looks very good. I hope you like our Vermicelli Pudding (Semai ki kheer) recipes .
