Large Sago :- 100 grams (3/4 cup)
Milk full cream :- 1 liter (5 cups)
Sugar :- 75 – 100 grams (half cup)

Raisins :- 1 tbsp
Pistachios :- 7-8
Green cardamom :- 4


How To Make Sago Pudding (Sabudana Kheer ) Method
Wash the sago with water, and soak it in water for 5 – 6 hours. Put milk in a heavy bottomed vessel and heat it. After the milk starts to boil, pour the soaked sago into the milk and cook it with a spoon until the milk starts boiling again. After the boil, reduce the gas. Keep stirring the kheer with a spoon every 2-3 minutes.

Cut cashews into 4-5 pieces. If there are stalks in the raisins, break them and wash them. Put cashews and raisins in the kheer too. Finely chop the pistachios which will be garnished by pouring it over the kheer.
