Large Sago :- 100 grams (3/4 cup)

How To Make Sago Pudding (Sabudana Kheer ) Method
Wash the sago with water, and soak it in water for 5 – 6 hours. Put milk in a heavy bottomed vessel and heat it. After the milk starts to boil, pour the soaked sago into the milk and cook it with a spoon until the milk starts boiling again. After the boil, reduce the gas.
