Pudding a typical Indian sweet dish which have many ways to make with different ingredients this one is with Gourd . Gourd pudding (Lauki Ki Kheer) is a very tasty and nutritious sweet dish that people like to make on special occasions, gourd pudding is considered a very good and healthy option for fasting days, this kheer This dish is easily prepared in a very short time.

Gourd pudding is also very beneficial for children and all the people, because there is a lot of nutritious elements in the gourd which help to increase physically and mentally, so today we can also have delicious gourd pudding (Lauki Ki Kheer).

Necessary Ingredients :-
Bottle gourd – ½ kg (remove the seeds and grate them)
Full Cream Milk – 1 liter
Sugar – half cup (as per taste)
Cardamom Powder – 1 teaspoon
Cashew nuts (Kaju) – 4-5 (cut into small pieces)
Saffron – 10-12 threads
Date (4-5) (finely chopped)
Raisins – 7-8
Almonds – 3-4 (finely chopped)
How To Make :-
To make bottle gourd pudding, first of all, filter the milk in a large pot or pan and place it on the gas for heating and when the milk comes to a boil then add the grated gourd to the boiling milk and stir it with a medium flame. Allow to cook,

When the kheer comes to boil again, reduce the gas and then let the kheer cook on low heat until the grated gourd mixes well with the milk, when the gourd is fully cooked. Once mixed, add sugar and mix. It takes about 15 minutes to make gourd kheer on low heat and kheer prepared on low heat looks more tasty,

Now turn off the gas and add chopped nuts (raisins, dates, cashew nuts and almonds), saffron and cardamom powder to the made gourd pudding. Delicious gourd pudding (Lauki Ki Kheer) is ready, serve the hot gourd pudding in a serving bowl and serve it hot or cool the kheer in the fridge.
